EXECUTIVE COACHING
Leadership is lonely at the top. The best leaders still need someone to think with.

WHO I WORK WITH
I'm a keynote speaker and author who works with a small number of leaders in an ongoing coaching relationship. I hold a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation and serve on the faculty of a graduate-level coaching program. I've also founded and led multiple companies of my own.
That background doesn't mean I'll tell you what to do. It means I understand the weight of what you're carrying — and I know which questions cut to the heart of it.
My clients are typically CEOs, founders, and senior leaders who are navigating growth, transition, or the particular kind of pressure that comes with being the person everyone else looks to for answers.

HOW IT WORKS
This isn't a package. It's an ongoing relationship.
Retainer Model
I work on a monthly retainer basis — one, two, or three sessions per month, with the flexibility to reach out between sessions when something comes up that can't wait.
Consistent Investment
A leader who is consistently investing in their own growth thinks and leads differently than one who only schedules a coaching session when things get hard enough.
Why It Matters
The retainer model matters because good coaching isn't episodic. The real progress happens over time, as patterns become visible, blind spots get named, and the work compounds.
Engagements Are Open-Ended
Some clients work with me for a season - six months to a year as they navigate a specific transition or challenge. Others have been working with me for years. The right length is whatever serves the work.

Since working with Kris as my Executive Coach, I have made more progress in my professional goals than at any other time in my career.
It has easily been one of the best business and financial decisions I have ever made.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Working with me isn't a program with predetermined steps. It's a conversation that goes where it needs to go. We start by getting clarity on where you are and where you want to be — and then we work through whatever stands between those two points.
Some clients come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others come in knowing something isn't working but not yet knowing what. Both are fine starting places.

A NOTE ON AVAILABILITY
I keep my client roster intentionally small. I speak at conferences and corporate events throughout the year, and I take that commitment seriously — which means I protect the time and attention I give to coaching clients. I'm not trying to scale a coaching practice. I'm trying to do excellent work with a handful of leaders at a time.
If you're interested in working together, the right first step is a conversation to find out whether it's a good fit — for both of us.

In less than 6 months, Kris helped me make significant improvements in my skills to lead my organization. I learned to embrace the political dynamics and communication differences of the people I work with, and my comfort level and communication with my colleagues has increased.
